We ship nationwide.

• Rawalpindi & Islamabad: We offer our own local delivery service for eligible orders.

• Other Cities: Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE delivery within an 8 km radius of our delivery point in Rawalpindi & Islamabad.

For locations beyond the free delivery zone, or where applicable, any additional delivery charges will be communicated before your order is dispatched.

Order Processing

Many of our products are sourced after your order is confirmed. Processing time depends on product availability and supplier fulfillment.

If there is any unexpected delay, our team will notify you promptly.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Rawalpindi & Islamabad: 1–2 business days after the order is ready.

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days.

• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided for courier shipments whenever available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos or an unedited unboxing video.
