Order Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product specifications, pricing, and availability. Once your order has been confirmed and procurement has begun, it cannot be cancelled except as described below.

Returns & Refunds

As products are procured specifically against confirmed customer orders, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, compatibility issues, or buyer preference.

Please verify all product details before completing your purchase.

Eligible Claims

We will gladly assist if:

• You receive an incorrect product.

• Your order arrives with physical damage caused during transit.

• Your order is incomplete or missing advertised items.

To qualify for a claim, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos or an unedited unboxing video showing the product and packaging.

• A description of the issue.

Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate product listings, product availability and pricing may change without prior notice due to supplier stock and market conditions.

If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied at the confirmed price, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund of any amount paid.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the respective brand or authorized distributor.

Warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer's or authorized service center in accordance with their warranty terms.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, BuyLaptops.pk does not provide an additional store warranty.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before procurement or dispatch has begun.

Once procurement has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
